About Us
FLOORNEX - Floor expertise in a network
FLOORNEX is a joint venture between two established flooring specialists who combine their many years of experience and expertise to jointly set new standards. Both partners have been reliable partners to leading trade fair companies for many years and are experts in the professional installation of stand and aisle carpets at trade fairs and events.
However, our combined expertise extends far beyond traditional carpet installation. Whether it's customized stand concepts, CNC-cut carpet inlays, or printing solutions for carpet stickers and path guidance – with us, you get everything from a single source. FLOORNEX has extensive expertise in the handling and professional installation of carpet tiles – including maintenance and logistics. Whether robust carpet tiles or elegant rolls: We understand the properties, challenges, and possibilities of all qualities and ensure that every floor is perfectly installed. We are also strongly committed to sustainable flooring solutions and recycling, combining ecological responsibility with technical precision.

Our expertise

As a consortium, we consistently rely on tested branded products with Cradle to Cradle®️ silver and bronze certifications – such as high-quality needle felt.
In addition, sustainable velour and PVC floor coverings are used, which can also be selected in an environmentally friendly manner and professionally recycled.
Carpet tiles
Our carpet tiles represent sustainable use and resource conservation. Thanks to their unique design, they can be easily removed, cleaned, and reused after each use, without any loss of quality.
A special contribution to environmental friendliness is our specially developed cleaning system, powered by solar energy. It enables thorough, material-friendly cleaning, ensuring the carpet tiles remain usable for many uses – clean, efficient, and environmentally friendly.
Large-scale laying
Our core competency lies in the professional handling of large-scale installations covering areas of up to 150,000 m² – overnight.
Through CAD-supported planning and the know-how of our experienced team, the installation is carried out in a space- and waste-optimised manner: efficient, precise and resource-saving
Stand design
We offer a wide range of materials and colors for the installation of floor carpets, including sustainable options.
Our design department is happy to realize your individual wishes – from CNC-cut carpet inlays to floor and carpet foils to well-thought-out path layouts for a harmonious visitor experience.
Infrastructure
The partner companies of ARGE Floornex are contractual partners of six German trade fair companies.
Thanks to this close connection, we have a comprehensive network and a proven infrastructure at central trade fair locations.
With our own logistics and regional presence, we can respond flexibly, quickly, and efficiently to individual requirements – throughout Germany.
Storage variety
With our seven warehouse locations and a stock of over 400,000 m² of rolls and 60,000 m² of carpet tiles, we are able to deliver quickly and reliably at any time for trade fairs and events.
This comprehensive warehouse structure enables short-term call-offs, high flexibility, and reliable project implementation – regardless of location and scope.
